OMNI Health Services Inc., founded in 2007 by Michael Thevar MSW, is a private, for profit behavioral healthcare corporation. He began his career as a drug and alcohol counselor, and went on to become Director of Admissions at Pennsylvania Hospital. In 2000, he started healthcare staffing agency in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Over 20 years in successful consultation roles leading 6 organizations to successful Joint Commission Behavioral Health accreditation. From Consultant to transitional CEO positions in three private psychiatric hospitals with budgets up to $12M. Built and managed organization-wide performance improvement/ compliance systems in accredited organizations. Twice Interim Human Resources Director leading to Performance Improvement/Human Resources Director with operations and retirement plan management for over 9 years. Current COO of Omni a newly accredited mental health outpatient organization Five years as Dale Carnegie course instructor. Clinical experience includes eight years direct psychiatric nursing with adults and children and position of Director of Nursing/Nurse Executive for a small psychiatric hospital.

The purpose of the Clinical Director at Omni Health Services is to serve a spectrum of mental health needs through various programs targeting populations of all ages. Each program has its own service model, some specializing in integration while other programs focusing solely on specific life issues and populations.



Pam Martin Pam Martin
Program Manager

Pam Martin is a graduate of Bloomsburg University with a BA in political science. Her professional career has focused on public services for children. Pam comes to Omni with over 9 years of experience working at a managed care agency as the BHRS staffing specialist. Pam has extensive knowledge of behavioral health services in the tri county area with a specialization in Behavioral Health Rehabilitative Services (BHRS) for children.


Yu Ching Ting Yu Ching Ting
Human Resource Manager

Yu Ching earned her Master of Science in Human Resource Development (HRD) from Towson University and her Bacherlor of Science in Mass Communication. She is well developed Human Resouce Manager with extensive employee development and human resources leadership experince. She is adept at supervising and developing staff, recommendign solutions to improve processes, and implementing effective training programs to streamline personnel productivity. She designs and implements HR policies and procedures, as well as consistently maintain compliance with employment laws as set forth by State and Federal regulations.


Pramanand Rangari Pramanand Rangari
Program Manager

Pramanand Rangari has a MSW Degree in the area of Medical and Psychaitric Social work from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai (India). Pramanand also completed a diploma in special education (Mental Retardation) from NIMH, India. In his professional career, he served many National and International organizations in the capacity of Director of Social work, Medical Social Service officer, Master Trainer for Disability Rehabilitation, and as a program manager in various facilities in India and the US. His strengths lie in Individual, Family, and Group Counseling. He also served as a Psychiatric social worker/utilization manager at Kirkbride center USA. He specializes in areas of Autism spectrum Disorders, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Learning disability and Developmental disorders. As a licensed BSC he is a clinical supervisor of Wraparound and Adult Autism Waiver programs at Omni Upper Darby office.


Josh Millman Josh Millman
Clinical Supervisor

Josh is a native of upstate New York and obtained his Bachelor's degree in Psychology from SUNY Albany in 2002 and Master's from Springfield College in 2006. He has previously provided treatment to residents of Center City, Philadelphia. In addition provided treatment and supervision in Langhorne, PA. He is an active member of the Eastern Pennsylvania Ski Council and volunteers in the after-school program at Spring Mountain. Currently is the clinical supervisor for Omni at the Montgomeryville Site.

Community Liaison

For over ten years Michael was employed at Young & Rubicam Advertising Agency and later at Burson - Marstellar Public Relations in Manhattan. After moving back to Pennsylvania, he worked in the graphic arts industry in Philadelphia and later for a national manufacturer of educational technology for special needs students. He earned his bachelor's degree at DeSales University where he majored in communications with a minor in speech. Michael now lives in the greater North Penn Valley where he and his family are active in the special needs support community.

Shauna Bruse graduated from Bucks County Technical High School and obtained her CNA certification. She is in the process of completing her certification for Human Resources through Stratford Institute. While serving as Office Manager for the Upper Darby office Shauna also is the Senior Office Manager for Omni and serves in a leadership role.

Senior Office Manager

Jazmine Rodriguez is our Easton Office Senior Manager. Jazmine earned her Bachelor’s of Science degree from Central Penn College in 2012, in Business Administration with a minor in Human Resources and graduated Magna Cum Laude. She now attends DeSales University for her Master’s in Healthcare Management and is expected to graduate in 2018. Jazmine came to OMNI Health Services Inc., in April of 2013, with over 10 years experience in Management.

Office Manager, Montgomeryville Clinic

Heather graduated from the Art Institute of Philadelphia in 2011 with a degree in Web design and Interactive Media. Her background specializes in Marketing and Design, including over 10 years experience in Customer Service. Heather joined OMNI in 2014 as the office manager of the Montgomeryville location.

Clinical Supervisor

I have about 20 years of experience in the field of psychology. I have worked in myriad of settings including, but not limited to, inpatient, outpatient, community based, family based and schools. I also have experience in supervisory/leadership roles. I suppose my specialites include trauma and personality disorders though I am, admitedly, still learning all I can absorb. .



Heather Baun Amy Rudisill
Regional Clinical Director

I have worked within the Human Service Profession for the past 30 years. I remain as dedicated and passionate about serving people struggling with mental illness as when I began. My experience ranges from individual, family, and group therapeutic intervention, directing a crisis center, disaster relief work, primarily conducted after the tragedy on 9/11 and managing clinical programs in daily operations and supervising Master level clinicians. I enjoy my work at Omni and am proud to be part of team of such caring individuals.
