Sushama is the co-founder of Omni Health Services Inc, she has a Bachelors degree in Social Work from Mumbai University. Prior to joining Omni she worked for 16 years at Fairmount Behavioral Health System as a Utilization Management Coordinator . Sushama brings an extensive experience from insurance industry. As the Vice President of Omni Health Services she is involved in the day today operations of the company. Pam Martin is the CEO of Omni Health Services. She received her Masters in Business Administration from Shippensburg University and is a graduate of Bloomsburg University with a BA in political science. Her professional career has focused on public services for children. Pam comes to Omni with over 9 years of experience working at a managed care agency as the BHRS staffing specialist. Pam has extensive knowledge of behavioral health services in the tri county area with a specialization in Behavioral Health Rehabilitative Services (BHRS) for children.

Natalie graduated maxima cum laude from LaSalle University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in finance. She comes from an extensive background in the healthcare industry, including corporate accounting, financial management, healthcare administration, and payer relations.

Dr. Garcia is a board certified psychiatrist actively licensed in pennsylvania . Dr Garcia obtained her medical degree from Ruprecht-Karls University of Heidelberg, Germany followed by md/ph.d in psychiatry (FMRI)from Ruprecht-Karls University of Heidelberg, Germany. She did her psychiatry residency training at drexel university from 2007-2011. then from 2011-2014 she worked at fairmount behavioral health system as a medical director of young adult acute psychiatric unit. She is fluent in Spanish.

Holli O’Donnell is the Clinical Director for Omni Health Services Southeast. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience in the behavioral health field, receiving her MSW from New York University. Her most recent position, as a Clinical Director, Holli provided administrative duties and clinical supervision to clinicians and interns working in various levels of care. Throughout her career she has worked with children and adolescents in multiple settings including BHRS, outpatient, residential treatment and acute hospital programs. Holli is trained in TFCBT and focuses on providing and supervising around trauma informed care. Lauren Henry is the Clinical Director for Omni Health Services Northeast. After receiving her master’s in social work from Rutgers University, Lauren went on to earn her License in Clinical Social Work. She has served in both the mental health and addictions fields for the past 30 years and has done extensive work with women suffering from trauma. Lauren brings her experience and expertise to her supervision of staff, program development and training. As the Northern Region Director, she utilizes trauma informed methodologies when working with staff and clients alike.

Melinda is the Clinical Director of Omni Health Services in New Jersey. She is a Licensed Clinical Social worker who received her MSW from the University of Pennsylvania. She began her career working with at risk youth in the foster care system and has since continued to focus her areas of expertise in trauma informed care and training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Melinda’s background working with systems and families has allowed her naturally grow into her current position as NJ Clinical Director. She is a very active and hands-on supervisor, traveling amongst our NJ offices to provide the best support to clinical staff and clients through these ever-changing times. “The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.” – Mahatma Gandhi

Onzie is the Program Director of Peer Services at Omni Health Services and Adjunct Trauma Trainer for Lakeside Global Institute (LGI). Onzie is a graduate of Community College of Philadelphia and Saint Joseph’s University. Onzie has lived with co-occurring challenges for 55 years, with 33 years of successful long-term recovery. Onzie is a former Trainer and Technical Assistance Consultant for Mental Health Association of Southeastern PA (MHASP) now known as Mental Health Partnerships (MHP), a former Addictions Counselor and a former Litigation Paralegal. Onzie’s credentials include Certified Peer Specialist (CPS), Forensic Peer Specialist, Certified Trauma Competent Professional (CTCP), Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor (CADC), Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP), Pain Processor, and Certified Older Adult Peer Specialist Facilitator (COAPSF). Onzie has trained more than 600 Certified Peer Specialists, several classes of Supervisors, over 200 Mental Health First Aiders. Onzie has also joined the Peer Culture Transformation Advisory Board (PCTAB) in 2019. Onzie is THE EVIDENCE of successful long-term recovery! Recovery, Wellness and wellbeing are skills that anyone can learn!

Dr. Mordi is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed in New Jersey and many other states. He joined Omni Health Services Inc in 2019 bringing satisfactory experience from his wealth of knowledge. Dr Mordi is proficient in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders. He conducts thorough psychiatric evaluations, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, sees his patients monthly as needed, and evaluate treatment outcomes. He is X waiver and certified in treatment of substance addiction. Dr Mordi attended Eastern Kentucky University and he is board certified with ANCC. He holds a Doctoral degree from Chatham University.

Selinette Robles is the NJ Region Administrator. After earning her bachelor’s in psychology from Stockton University, she entered the mental health profession. She began with OMNI as the Vineland OM in April 2021. Now as an Administrator, she is responsible for oversight of the day-to-day administrative operation of OHSI’s five NJ locations. In addition, she is currently seeking her MA in Mariage and Family therapy with a concentration on childhood development at Northcentral University.
